COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the John Crane M140290 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Koyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Line-o-power parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kone product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Koyo such as the NU315RC3FY spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 383591 manufactured by Line-o-power and we are pleased to be able to service most Line-o-power systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HSC31801EX101400 by Manufacturer Kone as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Martin Brand 120B17 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mq such as 806 equipment made by Mq have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mq products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mq" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available T10B331 made by Mannesmann as well as the popular 64922486 original spares produced by Kop-Flex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BC12MA by Marland and 806 spares by Mq are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RC502 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Link-Belt. |
